Progress is coming
I haven't blogged in a while, my apologies my goal was to weekly do my blog and progress as I go , I hope to keep up with this as I am now nine weeks out from NPC Oklahoma June 7 show , My biggest challenge is leaning out! I tend to bulk and pack on muscle very easily so what does this mean for me? More cardio I am going to start sprinting this week as well as ad hot vinyasa yoga at least twice a week, which means some days I will be going to the gym early twice. My diet is eggs, tuna, protein shake, more eggs, LOL! Really I get creative with my food and I still have some room to be right now
my carbs are at 25% my protein is 45% and my healthy fats are at 30% right now , I am working hard on a come back for my stomach as I had surgery late June of last year and it seems to be taking a little extra work to get it back ! I can see weekly progress in my photos and will post those later ! Till next time

Januray 6 months out - Target show June 7
so being a competitor is a lifestyle and I love the lifestyle ! However I took last year off as far as far as competing . I didn't take time off from the gym or stop eating properly , I just didn't take myself as far or push as hard as I would if I had been competing. I have started my year off with a spiritual Daniel fast and cleanse, so right now I am eating on fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts, so I am getting my proteins from powders mixed with almond milk and quinoa, and high protein veggies such as spinach. I tend to bulk really easy and fast and have been working on building my glutes and shoulders which are important, as well as getting my abs more defined. My goals are to eat more veggies and kicking the year off with the fast is helping me set the pace for the rest of my training. I am going to try the Garcina Cambogia, Green coffee bean and Raspberry ketones to see if they help with leaning out in any areas I will let you know my progress!
I am looking forward to this journey again this year!
